Color a piece of paper with a thick layer of wax crayons.
Mix your choice of paint colors with a squirt of dish soap + a squirt of white paint to make them more opaque.
Paint large circles of paint colors on your crayon drawing. Let dry.
Use a wooden stick or toothpick to scratch sprinkle designs into the paint layer of the scratch paper.
Cut out circle-shaped ice cream scoops + a triangle of cardboard. Glue to a piece of brightly colored paper.
For some added texture peel away the top layer of the corrugated cardboard to reveal the pattern underneath.
Use a circle sticker or a pom pom to make a cherry on the top of your ice cream cone.
